Well, it's a kinda special ficcy about Vegeta and Bulma. Just think they never met before and most of all... they are going to the same university. Of course Veggie is still a Saiyan, otherwise he wouldn't be this almighty stubborn pig-headed Saiyan prince that we all (girls I mean) love!! Just make it clear: Bulma is eighteen and Veggie, well, he never gave me his age, I'll say that he is twenty years old, okay?? Now, is your mind ready to have... THIS!! "The Right One" By Annachan Chapter One Bulma was at school; her physics teacher was explaining something and she was lost in her thoughts. "Bulma, are you dreaming?!" a girl next her asked. "Huh... I... think I was..." "Well, you had better listen to the class..." "But, Namui, you perfectly know that my father told me everything about physics and whatever. I'm bored..." "Yeah, lucky you..." "Okay, it's done for today! You've got a test for next week, guys!" the teacher said. The students groaned and sighed in disapproval. "Have a nice day!" "Thank you, Ryo-sensei!!" they sarcastically shouted. DRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG!! Bulma and Namui went out when two guys blocked their way. "Hullo, cutie!" one said. "Wada...." Bulma sighed. "What do you want?" "Well, just a date..." "No... you heard?" she said. "Bulma, c'mon, don't be that shy and say yes!" "I said no!" "And I don't agree..." he said, catching her arm. "Hey, leave her alone now!" Namui protested. "You, shuddup!" Wada shouted. "Don't talk to my friend like that! JERK!!" Bulma abused him, by raising her hand to punch him. "HO HO... you wanna play that?" He caught her arm. "What if I do the same?!" Wada raised his fist to knock Bulma, but someone grabbed it. "Why are humans so violent sometimes?" "Heh, have I called you?" Wada stared at the guy. "You'll pay for that!" He tried punch the new welcomer, but he was faster and knocked him over the jaw. Wada fell on the ground. "We'll meet... and I'll make you pay..." Wada hissed, running away. "Yeah, in hell!!" He turned to the girls. "What did he want?" "He was..." Namui began. "Absolutely none of your damn business!!" Bulma shouted. "Who do you think you are to interfere in anybody's argument? Did you think I can't handle it myself?!" "Bulma, he only..." "What, Namui? Guys always think they are stronger so they can protect us pathetic little fragile creatures called women, then starting to ask for more 'cause their fucking hormones are asking them to do so!!" "Who the heck told you I was going to ask you out, ugly thingie!" the guy shouted. "Ugly, me? Ha, did you see yourself in a mirror? With your stupid spiky hair and your orange-tanned skin!!" "Humph! You're nothing but a loud-mouthed air-headed bimbo!" "Whatever... you moron gorilla!" Bulma dragged Namui by her arm. "We are leaving now..." "Hum... er, sorry, and thanks..." she said as they were leaving. Pffff... those humans are so stupid!! he angrily thought, leaving in turn. "Wah, Bulma! I can't believe you insulted him that way; after all, he helped you to get rid of Wada..." "And what? I didn't ask him to!!" "Yeah, but, he was just helping... it seems like you've declared the war on the opposite sex!!" "Yeah, whatever..." "I didn't think you were a deep feminist; you should join Shania Twain's association..." Bulma and Namui burst out laughing as they remembered the way she treated guys in her video clips. "Though... *cough* that would be good if it was real!!" Namui added. "Hum..." Bulma nodded. "Too bad you jumped on him that way, he was kinda good-looking..." Namui whispered. "Who?" "The guy, of course!!" "You're kidding?!" "Nope, he is." Bulma gazed at her oddly. "Then I guess you didn't pay attention to that..." "You're right." "Well, see ya tomorrow!" "Bye, Namui!" Bulma continued walking down the street: she had a car's capsule but she wanted to use her feet to go back home. What am I gonna do for this weekend? I have no date and I don't wanna stay at home. It's great!! I should have accepted Wada's invitation. She sighed, lowering her head, and accidentally pushed past someone. "Hum... ex... you again?!" she exclaimed. "Are you following me or something?" "Heh, what for? You think that Earth turns around you?!" "Go away..." "Ugly awful bimbo!" "Stupid bastard!" she said. Why are guys so arrogant?! she thought, but suddenly couldn't help it and turned back to take a glance at him. Weirdly, he had the same idea then their gaze met. The guy frowned; Bulma raised an eyebrow and turned her head away. All the same... It was the next day; Bulma and Namui were in the cafeteria, and it was the lunchtime. "What are you planning for the week, Namui?" "Oh, I'm going out with Ryunan..." "Hum, lucky you..." "Why lucky me? You can have all the guys that you want, Bulma..." "But I don't like them: see, you and Ryunan are so cute together. The reason guys are after me is that on the one hand for my good looks, and on the other hand for my money..." "Well, you're sorta right, but..." "Hello, girls!!" three voices interrupted. "Oh, hullo, Mya, Sora and Lana," Bulma greeted. "I thought you were eating at the second service??" Namui asked. "You're right, be we couldn't stand not seeing him..." Mya said. "Him who?" "That guy over there..." Sora pointed. "The one with the black leather coat," Lana added. "HIM?!" Bulma exclaimed, surprised. "Yeah! He is cute, a little mysterious, he speaks to nobody and we think he is free!" the three girls sung in a perfect unison, as they were prepared to say that. "Oh, no, don't tell me that? He is a fucking arrogant and stupid asshole!" "Bulma, you're the only one who thinks that! All the girls are fond of him!" "Huh?!" "I told you he was good-looking..." Namui warned. "I can't believe that..." Bulma whispered "You always have guys around you, how couldn't you?" Lana asked. "Heh, stop saying that! I don't want them!!" she protested. "But I still think that guy is dumb!" "BULMA!" Mya, Lana and Sora shouted, offended. "Okay, I'll keep my mouth shut..." she said, sweatdropping at their attitudes. After some class of Japanese and sciences, it was now the sport time. "Well, Bulma, since I'm exempted I'll see you tomorrow. Bye!" "Bye, Namui!" She waved and shook her head. I hate this day, especially the sport time, she thought. She changed her clothes and went to the gymnasium. "Hey, look at who is coming!" a guy said to his comrade. Then everybody began chitchatting in someone else's ear. Bulma sighed hopelessly and stayed in a corner near the door. It was always like that when she entered: the boys' eyes were shining because of the tight clothes she was wearing. She didn't hate that; she had her own vanity and pride. But she did hate being watched and considered like a piece of meat or something: only for her flesh. "Get your fucking hands off me!" a voice grunted. She and the others turned to see what was going on. "Hey, I only wanted to tell you something!!" the guy protested. "Go away..." he snapped. Not that guy again! she exclaimed inside. Well, Bulma, it seems like you'll have to bear him around you for the rest of your life... "Okay... okay..." Bulma kept gazing at him and he noticed it. "What are you staring at? Want my pic?!" Bulma snorted and gave him her best 'who-do-you-think-you-are' look. "No, you can keep it for yourself, arrogant one!" "Empty-brained slut!" "You..." "Ms. Briefs??" the teacher interrupted. "What?!" she shouted. "Well, well, well... I think you're going to sweep this floor after the class!" "But he..." "No discussion, girl." "Fine..." she said, shooting a 'if-we-were-left-alone-I-would-kill-you-right-now' glare to the guy, who smirked evilly. Little bastard... she thought furiously as they began jogging. Bulma finished cleaning the floor of the gymnasium and took her schoolbag to leave. Oh... it's already seven PM; Dad and Mum may be worried. She went out and was suddenly startled by a voice. "How was the cleaning?!" She instantly recognized the voice. "You... if I wasn't so hurried I would have..." "What? Kicked me? Weak girl..." "I don't wanna argue, I'm late!" She ran away. Phwew... this guy is such a burden!! I finally get rid of him... "And why are you late?!" Bulma almost had a heart attack. But for now, she was stupefied. "How did you do that?" "What?" "Appearing just in front of me??" "I move really fast..." "To someone else, I'm not impressed..." "Who told you I wanted to impress you? You're so... bad-looking..." "Yeah, whatever. Just leave me now..." "Girls are so silly... pathetic humans..." Huh? Did he say humans again? "Listen: I don't know you, I don't know why you're always following me. I don't even know your name, so could you leave me alone now! I'm late and I haven't got time to argue with you..." She turned to leave but he grabbed her arm. "Whaat! Let me go!!" she ordered, moving her arm. "Where do you live?" "It's none of your business..." she snapped. "At Capsule Corporation..." she added. "Don't you know that cars actually exist?" "Oh... I lost my capsule somewhere in the university... I hafta walk!" "Well, streets aren't sure for a girl today..." he said, grinning again. "What are you saying: you want to rape me, just do it now!! I'm here..." He came closer. "Help!! Someone is trying to..." she shouted. He covered her mouth but she freed and bit him on the neck till blood started sinking. A second later, it was the perfect dark. Bulma woke up in her room; her vision was a little blurry, then cleared. "Ow... what a headache..." she moaned. She sat up and found herself in her bed. "How?? Ahhh, that guy..." She looked at her clock. "What? It's almost nine PM!! I'm hungry!!" She went to the kitchen and made some sandwiches to eat. As she began eating, her mother came in. "Huh, sweetie, how are you doing?" "Fine... why do you ask?" "It's just that, at seven-ten PM, since you weren't in the room I went to your room and found you asleep..." "Ahhh, I... I had a hard journey, Mom!" she lied, not wanting to tell her the whole truth and to mention that she had to clean the gymnasium. "Oh; good night, darling!" She kissed her forehead and left. After eating, she returned to her room to sleep. As she was changing her clothes, she noticed something. "What is that..." There was a mark on the right hand of her clothes. "The blood..." She started worrying about how deep the bite may have been. "He deserves it!" she resolutely said. A small bump was made in her pocket. It was a small piece of paper. "What..." She opened it. Something was written on it, one word: VEGETA. She sighed and fell on her bed. Two minutes later she was caught in a deep sleep. "Hey, Bulma!" "Hullo, Namui!" "So, you had a fight with the guy??" "OH... news runs fast here!!" "Just another half-journey and we'll be on weekend!!" Namui said excitedly. "Yeah... weekend..." she replied, gazing at everywhere. "Bulma?" "Hum..." "What's wrong today?" "Nothing..." "You seem to be looking for someone..." "Well, I'm not," she answered, her head still searching. "BULMA!!" "Huh?! I'm listening." "Who are you looking for?" "The guy..." "Why?" "He intrigues me: he is talking to no one, he is so damn proud and arrogant, and most of all he drove me home yesterday in three minutes..." "Three minutes?! But how?" "I dunno... I hafta find out!" "Hum... has he got a car?" "I... I haven't seen him with one..." "But if he drove you, you were there?! It's logical!!" "I... I think I fainted or something..." she said. I can't tell you we fought and I bit him... "Hum... here is our Spanish class!!" "I hate Spanish... I hate going to school when there is some nice place to go to..." "Thank God the weekend is coming!!" They entered the class.
