Chichi's father, and Gokou's father-in-law, the Ox King is a kind-hearted (and huge) man. He trained with Muten Roshi, but doesn't ever
fight, and is rather peaceful. He loves his grandson, Gohan, and is always bringing him presents. After Dragon Ball (the first series)
he shows up periodically, but does not maintain much of a role.
