Number 19 doesn't have any real personality, and was only created to make his creator Dr. Gero into an Android as well. Like most of the
other androids, he is able to gather energy through his palms. He is killed by Vegita when he became a Super Saiyan by a big bang
attack. Only appearing in about 7 episodes before his violent death, I think we can safely say that he was one of the fastest dying villains
in Dragon Ball Z.
