Number 16 was resurrected by #17 and #18, which was against Dr. Gero's orders, during the android saga. He was made from scratch,
meaning that-- unlike #17 and #18-- he was not created from a human base. Therefor, he is completely artificial. However, he has some
very human traits. Number 16 has a deep love for nature and doesn't fight unless completely necessary. He is killed by Cell during the
Cell game, and his death triggers Son Go
